An appointment planner is a separate web page (URL) through which your customers make appointments with you. For example, a customer might make an appointment with a barber through the Planzelf planner my-barber.planzelf.com. A single hair salon usually only needs one planner. Larger organizations, such as a hair salon franchise, are more likely to need more than one planner, for example one for each salon. Another reason for multiple planners could be to facilitate appointments for separate groups of people within an organization. A university might have different planners for internship coordinators, study advisers and teachers, for example.
