What does premium support mean?

All of our customers can email us with support questions. We aim to answer within 1 hour or at least within one business day. If you are an Enterprise customer, you can also get phone support during business hours (8 AM through 6 PM CEST). If you are an enterprise customer, we also offer additional technical support. This means that we will help you set up and configure Planzelf and assist with any integrations that might be required. As enterprise customers, you also get access to extended user management features and you can allow your users to access the self-service portal, greatly reducing the need for support.
