Frequently Asked Questions

How does the trial period work?

After you sign up, you will be able to access all features of Planzelf’s Power plan for 30 days. We will remind you when your trial is about to end, but we will not automatically continue your subscription. In fact, you won’t need to enter any payment information when you sign up for the trial. Once you are convinced, you can choose a plan and enter your payment information through “Plans & Billing” in your account.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time. Click on “Plans & Billing” in your account to change your plan.

Can you help me decide which plan to take?

Absolutely. You can schedule an online appointment or you can contact our international sales department at sales@planzelf.com.

Is my data and that of my customers safe?

Yes. At Planzelf, we treat your data and that of your customers as if it were our own. We are committed to ensuring all data is stored and transferred securely. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data center is EU safe harbor compliant and all Planzelf plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. We are GDPR compliant.

What types of payment do you accept?

Our payment provider is mollie. Through mollie you can pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, SEPA Bank Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, Bitcoin, SOFORT Banking, ING Home’Pay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Pay Button, paysafecard, CartaSi, Cartes Bancaires and several Dutch gift cards. Please note that the list of payment types may change over time.
